Description: linking to a PHP page with querystring causes error in php4ts.dll
The same error happens when submitted a form with action="GET" . "POST" works
fine.

Linking to a PHP page with querystring causes error in php4ts.dll but typing in the exact url by
hand in the browser works fine.
no modules, just running the latest windows version of PHP.
