Bug description: strtotime() doesn't work on MSSQL standard dates
MSSQL returns dates in the format: "Mar 2 2001 9:21PM".
strtodate() can't handle that, and MSSQL is sorely lacking a unix_timestamp or date_format()
function. I've written my own routine to handle this, but it'd be swell if it worked out
of the box.
