PHP Bug Type: Dynamic loading
Bug description: Cannot call the dynamic extensions php_oracle.dll. In php.ini

and occurr the same problem.
The message is "Unable to load dynamic library 'C:\php\extensions\php_oracle.dll'
but the file is there!!
