Bug description: "r" format specifier in Date() causing problems
echo date( "r h:ia" );
returns:
Tue, 3 Apr 2001 13:45:46 +0500 12:875903540pm
What's up with the minutes? It seems the minutes are
only screwed up with the "r" format specifier is used...
