Operating system: Redhat Linux 7.1
PHP version: 4.0.4pl1
PHP Bug Type: Directory function related
Bug description: the dir object created using dir() does not contain the last file in the dir
$d = dir("/etc");
echo "Handle: ".$d->handle."<br>\n";
echo "Path: ".$d->path."<br>\n";
while($entry=$d->read()) {
echo $entry."<br>\n";
}
$d->close();
It lists all but the last file in the directory.
same result when I tried with opendir() and readdir() combination.
