local mirror of PHP Docs

Hello, I am interested in creating a local mirror of the php docs. We reference them quite often and hitting the php site everytime we want to look something up slows us down as well as puts unnecassary load on the php server. We are interested, however in the annotated manual as it contains many useful tidbits of information not yet in the main php docs. I understand that this manual is driven with a mySQL db. If you guys performed a dump of the db every day or every few days we could downaload it and refresh our db, to make sure we where running the latest. I am sure others would be interested in this as well. If there is a need I could set up one one of my servers a distribution point for these files. Any help you guys can provide in this area would be much appreciated.
