Could you try the latest CVS snapshot build from
http://www.php4win.de/ ?

When I use the date() function with the "T" parameter, which displays the time zone, the
PHP program apparently crashes in MSVCRT.DLL. But when you click OK, the script completes, and the
correct information comes up. The other parameters seem to work fine, but the "T" one
always crashes (used alone or in a complete date).
I am using Apache Win32 version 1.3.12, with the unmodified CGI version of PHP4. (I am using the GD
and PDF extensions.)
The complete Windows fault log follows:
=======================================
PHP caused an invalid page fault in
module MSVCRT.DLL at 0187:7800d269.
