PHP Bug Type: Performance problem
Bug description: Extra Header information added to uploaded files
after a file has been uploaded from an HTML form, extra header and mime type information is added to
the files, anything from \n\r to a complete line of text. Most file types are not recognized by
applications. This problem is documented by a few people in the user comments of the file handling
documentation.
