PHP Bug Type: Compile Failure
Bug description: HAVE_SYS_RESOURCE_H not defined
configure checks (6524, 25069) for rusage seem to be ok, but make chokes during compilation of
ext/standard/microtime.c about unknown storage size uf usg (struct rusage) and undeclared
RUSAGE_SELF. Also there are several warnings about redeclaration of RLIM_INFINITY...
Quick and dirty fix for the compiler error:
