this is a question of sending the correct headers to your mail server itis not a PHP bug.

I can't send mail to CC or BCC. Mail is delivered only to address in TO.
Example: mail("adr1@mail.com", "Subject", "Message",
"BCC:adr2@mail.com");
Message is allways delivered only to address adr1@mail.com.
