CVS server down for changeover

I am taking the cvs server down in order to move it to our new server.
The TTL on php.net is at 60 minutes, so as soon as I have the files on the
new server I will make the dns change and point cvs.php.net to the new
server and as it propogates you will be able to use it. So, if you are
unable to get to cvs over the next hour or so, don't panic and try again a
bit later.
