Bug #10385: Browser Crashes sometimes if there's an include

Some browsers (IE specifically) crash sometimes when calling php-pages. We also have some ColdFusion-Script on the same server, the problem doesn't occur there. We tracked down the problem to include's. I've read about that problem in the bug database several times, however, we have apache 1.3.14 , the problem was said to be solved with apache 1.3.9 .
