PHP version: 4.0.2
PHP Bug Type: *Directory/Filesystem functions
Bug description: system and exec doesn't return output
$r = exec("D:\blah\CGI-Bin\gen_mi.exe ".trim($cmd), $result);
print $result[0];
It works fine with php3 but not with php4.0 .. 4.2 (win32)
it returns nothing.
Same problem with system command
