Can you please tell how you concluded that his function
doesn't exist? As I look at the sources now, it clearly
IS there. When you try to use it, does it give some
error message?

I reported this bug earlier and it was claimed that it was fixed in CVS, however, the php_pgsql.dll
in the .zip version of the windows binaries for PHP 4.0.5 still does not have this function present.
