under windows NT/apache 1.3.19, i have error message when i start apache. Zendoptimiseur 1.1 seems
to not work. th error message is "Le point d'entrée de procédure zend_get_ini.entry est
introuvable dans la bibliothèque de liaisons dynamique php4ts.dll"
