while running buildconf I get the following errors:

rebuilding main/php_config.h.in
Any idea what is the prob here? (It's a fresh checkout with autoconf 2.13,
automake 1.4 and libtool 1.4). Both autoconf, automake and libtool were
installed from source (and placed in /usr/local/bin/...)
