Bug description: infinite loops prevents pages from loading
<html>
<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1254">
<title>Loop</title>
</head>
<body>
<?
for($value=1; $value>0; $value++){
echo"<br>$value";
flush();

The code above does not work when opened in more than two browsers on the same computer.
