Bug description: set_time_limit doesn't work
Set_time_limit() is completely ignored. All php.ini-values are on default (especially safe mode is
off). For example, execution of the following test-script never stops:
set_time_limit(10);
while(true) {
echo "sleeping...<br>\n";
flush();
sleep(1);
}
This bug has already been descriped in http://www.php.net/bugs.php?id=5518 but the fix
provided by Rasmus doesn't seem to work (any longer).
