Bug description: SetCookie() fails to give cookies to Netscape 4.5 when domain is set.
I have tried a number of different usages with setcookie(). All of the usages I tried conform to
the manual's explaination of setcookie().
The cookie is sent fine UNLESS I set the domain field. If I do set the domain field, then Netscape
won't parse the cookie. IE4 parses it fine.
I tested with Netscape 4.51 under Linux and Windows98.
I know Netscape is incredibly unforgiving when it comes to syntax, yet the
output i get when manually requesting the page with the cookie in it seems
to conform to their "preliminary specification".
