I'm taking an initiative here and signing up for the Amazon affiliates
program. This way, we can put links to all PHP related books on the PHP
website, and earn referral money from any resulting sales.
I'm using my personal Amazon account right now (which I don't use anywhere
else), but I'm sure you all trust me to funnel any money that comes out of
this back into the PHP development team.
