Bug description: Allow ini_set() of magic_quotes_sybase to have effect
See http://bugs.php.net/?id=11001
I am running PHP/MYSQL and PHP/MSSQL apps on the same server which will not work because I have to
set a global value in the PHP.ini file or have multiple copies of PHP on the server.
thanks!
