Any particular reason why these have to be hosted on the same machine? There are lots of good free mailing list services out there (yahoogroups being one) that handle high traffic lists. I can definetly see the rationale behind having a dedicated machine for CVS/bugs and private mailing lists, but is that really necessary for php-general/php-dev/php-cvs etc..?
