Keep in mind that only somebody who's trying to buffer stuff for a
particular reason will get this, not your average beginner who just writes
"hello world".
Such a person could easily use the error_log() function or roll their own
similar function.
Presumably it also wouldn't be too difficult for PHP to flush the buffers
as it exits in the event that something went wrong...
