This works just fine for me when I replace the javascript

may be you can help me with these trouble. I have 2 files: a HTML with a form inside that upload a
file and send to a PHP file that copy the file uploaded from tmp dir to "/upload" and then
navigate back to the html file. when I try to upload several files, the html form fail and not send
any file to tmp dir, but when I actualize (F5 or CTRL+F5)2 or 3 times the html files works again and
send the file.
