I think something was changed in sem.h on glibc-2.1.1 systems. I don't
have time to track it down right now, but will in a few hours unless
someone beats me to it. So, if you have a RH6 box and have nothing to do
for the next little while, please check if the current cvs semaphore
support compiles and works.
