This does not work, but worked unchanged in PHP 4.0.4pl1
$myDSN = "DSN=dbEmpty;DBQ='c:\test.mdb';DRIVER={Microsoft Access

$dbc = new COM("ADODB.Connection");
$dbc->Provider = "MSDASQL";
$dbc->Open($myDSN);
