    Includes without an absolute path are always relative.  So,
    the code you posted is not affected at all as it supplies an
    absolute path to include().

    The current behaviour is quite non-intuitive (I'd consider it
    to be a bug actually -- or does it serve any purpose?).  A
    file should IMHO always be able to assume that the current
    working dir for file inclusion is the directory of the file.
