Installed using the Installshield package... install and go... but it doesn't...

what changes does it make that it should or that it doesn't...

what manually changes need to be made... other people posted the same question.. and have go no
useful answers....

what need to be done so that it works?

Your setup is just incorrectly configured. Please read the 
install.txt file for details of what you need to check. If 
you still have problems, post a query to the php-windows 
or php-install lists.

when using the simple script of :

<body>

<?php
$myvar = "Hello World";
echo $myvar;
?>

</body>
</html>

I get the following error:

CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The
headers it did return are:

Noticed other are reporting same problems on the News Groups..
