Bug description: Additional param to ereg/eregi/ereg_replace/eregi_replace
Please add new param to
ereg/eregi/ereg_replace/eregi_replace
which will specify the correct Enocoding of "string"
and allow to use this funnction with any encoding
EX:
string eregi_replace (string pattern, string replacement, string string [,
int mode])
eregi_replace ("áîã", "%#&#", $header, CP_1251)
in connection with bug report #12176
