INSTALL file correction

I was going over the install file, and quickly jumped over the QUICK installation, and instead, went through the VERBOSE installation (I like to know exactly whats going on my box, and what I'm installing.) Well, after I had attempted to install phplib, I had noticed a problem. It told me to edit the php3.ini file, and I couldn't find it anywhere. So naturally, I got stumped. Then I re-read the INSTALL file, and I notice it has instructions on installing the php3.ini file in the QUICK mode, but not in the VERBOSE installation. So perhaps this part needs to be modified for those who don't like doing the quick mode so that there is not confusion in the future. Thanks!
