PHP Bug Type: Feature/Change Request
Bug description: require_once doesn't support relative paths
require_once doesn't support relative paths.
ie. require_once('../blah.php');
won't work.
Only absolute paths work and this makes the function very unuseful at
times.
Suggestion:
Make require_once support relative paths.
