Purpose: To contribute with the PEAR project. According to the session @ OSCON today, this is the
process to go through since there\'s no automated interface.
I\'m currently working on a full Net::HTTP class, which utilizes fsockopen() and provides
interfaces to many of the HTTP 1.1 options.
