If I download and extract the file from the above link, I get
docPHP4_v5.chm 1626kB and
docPHP4_v5.chm.zip 1572kB,
docPHP4_v4.chm 3575kB, and
docPHP4_v4.chm.zip 3462kB
You can check the results also with the files at
http://www.t0.or.at/~sunny/php/ (even there are still
older versions :).
