Hello Rasmus,
The documentation is inconsistent with the actual use of the PUT method.
It mentions that the variable where the upload file is store is
$PHP_UPLOADED_FILE_NAME and not $PHP_PUT_FILENAME as it should have been.
To make it more consistent with POST uploads, maybe PUT method uploaded
file names should be stored in $PHP_UPLOADED_FILE_NAME too, but in that
case the PHP source code post.c should be changed. I guess since not many
people is already using PUT method upload support the change would be
pacific and after all you are about to put out a new release.
Anyway, the documention needs to be fixed because it mentions both
variables, confusing the users.
