Bug description: Fix one of the error messages in ./configure script
When ./configure finds a problem with the apxs script
it tells you you have an error you need to go to
http://www.php.net/faq.html#6.11 (or something close
to that)
when the link should be:
http://www.php.net/manual/en/faq.build.php#AEN61338
