MYSQL_BOTH exists eg.:
mysql_fetch_array($result, MYSQL_BOTH);

Both of these are present and are incorrect.
This is not only a problem with the full txt documentation, it is also
a problem with the online, seperate html, etc... documentation
TODO: Fix these errors in the documentation.

While you are creating the PDF manual, I discovered what I think are 2 errors. As I am reading the
single html page, they can be found by searching for "wass" and "mysql_both".
I think they should be "was" and "msql_both".
