I have (over several versions of apache and php) noticed a very strange bug: PHP keeps crashing the
Apache when using .phps files or any of the highlight_*() family (including show_source, of course).

The child dies with SIG11, gdb output follows:

-- SNIP --
Core was generated by `/usr/local/apache/bin/httpd'.
Program terminated with signal 11, Segmentation fault.
#0  0x400097fd in ?? ()
(gdb) bt
#0  0x400097fd in ?? ()

#3  0x8061793 in php_fopen_primary_script ()
#4  0x400cfbfc in ?? ()

phpinfo() is at http://www.de-punkt.de/info.php

There have been *no* similar issues on this machine (i.e. a build of mysql, which should evoke
generic memory or CPU issues as well, runs through pretty clean), it only keeps crashing with PHP
(and the Zend Cache, that is ;-) ).
