This already exists if php_track_vars is enabled (via compile-time
configuration switch, run-time configuration setting in php3.ini
or Apache configuration files, or by using the <?php_track_vars?>
tag before the first PHP code block.
This makes the arrays HTTP_GET_VARS, HTTP_POST_VARS, and HTTP_COOKIE_VARS
available.
