Which version did you use before that? The bug report mentions CVS, but could
it be that you used 3.0.8?
I don't mind fixing a bug, but the last changes should only apply to scripts
which use nonpersistent sockets together with persistent sockets, a feature
not (yet) covered by the sock_io.php3 script.
