Bug description: get_html_translation_tabele() and non HTML_SPECIALCHARS
Hi all,
i have the need for another translation table of function
get_html_translation_tabele();
HTML_SPECIALCHARS returns only Specialchars (<,>,&,")
HTML_ENTITIES returns all Entities
but i need the complete Entity Table without the special chars.
