Try with unmodified php.ini-dist from the distro.

All my links get attached with the sessionid by PHPs session management. Having some own arguments
it is not seperated by the arg_seperator but '?' (without quotes)
arg_separator.output = "&"
like this:
... forum.php?forumfolderid=0?PHPSESSID=3ff5bb319ba36bfb98812027779e1c8e
