-1, for reasons I gave below.
As we are going to require newer libxml, why wouldn't
we require the latest at this moment? If people have to
updgrade, they will upgrade to latest anyway.
Also, as they say in the changelog, they have fixed a lot of bugs.
So if we'd only require 2.4.1, we might get bitten by a bug in that
version.
