Use the source.. :)
By adding PHP_ADD_LIBRARY(yoursharedlibname,, YOUREXTENSION_SHARED_LIBADD)
into config.m4 you would get what you want. Or by using
PHP_ADD_LIBRARY_WITH_PATH() if your library is not in the libpath.
e.g.
PHP_ADD_LIBRARY_WITH_PATH(bz2, $BZIP_DIR/lib, BZ2_SHARED_LIBADD)
