new 3.0.9 tarball

I fixed the problem with the new PCRE support and the various --with-apache possibilities (as well as --with-shared-apache, and maybe --with-apxs). The tarball is at http://www.php.net/~jimw/php-3.0.9.tar.gz Success and failure stories still appreciated, particularly if you use --with-apxs or --with-shared-apache, or --with-apache with Apache 1.2.x. And to be clear, my target for releasing this is Thursday, June 3, sometime late in the day, probably (and I'm at GMT-7 -- US Pacific time, so do the math to figure out when that is for you). Jim
