Bug description: Ocicolumnsize bug in NUMBER field
When using
$colsize[$i]=Ocicolumnsize($stmt,$i);
while $i is a loop var and $stmt is an sql statement
the return value for each field differ than NUMBER
is the actual correct size.In case of NUMBER type the return value is
somehow 22.
