Bug description: is there such meaning of "unsigned long" in PHP?
65536 & 4096 = 0 (right)
65536 & 65536 = 65536 (right)
but
3221225472 & 1073741824 = 0 (this is wrong, right answer isn't 0 but
2147483648)
what I need to do to make above mentioned operations works correctly with
unsigned long variables in PHP?
thanks.
