You have a writing problem in the german Manual:

Sie gd neu compilieren mit --with-jpeg-dir=/path/to/jpeg-6b. Danach muss auch PHP mit der Option
--with-jpeg-dir=/path/to/jpeg-6b nue compiliert werden.
