I dunno, I'm not used to it, brain no like new information!!!!!
Isn't more of an extension thing though? I'm not sure, but I
remember Zeev saying that it was slower, so should it be used in the
core set of functions? If it is, I'll start use
zend_parse_parameters() in future cleanups though...
