Bug description: problems using old .php3 extension - general protection faults
on apache 1.3.20
PHP 4.0.6
Windows 32 bit (Windows 2000, Service Packs 1 & 2)
having php handle both .php3
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php .php3
causes a GPF when the script is SSI'ed
