Re: CVS update: php3/doc

All of the lang-*.sgml files got folded into one. The type juggling section also became part of the Variables section which probably resulted in a different name when it is output to HTML. string-concatination.html is certainly no longer generated because I fixed that misspelling. Also, keep in mind that the html output should be generated in an html/ subdirectory now. (I did check that in, right? If not, I've got the changes somewhere to do this. It makes getting around in the doc/ tree much easier.) Sorry for the chaos, but I think the front section of the manual now flows quite a bit better. I still need to look at moving the function/class stuff a bit (they are both kind of buried in the Constructs section now, although there's also some object information under Variables). Now that you bring it up, once we finally get 3.0.9 out the door, I'd like to break out the docs into their own CVS tree. Then we can upgrade 'makedist' to pull a generated version of the docs into the distribution and people will actually have documentation they can use along with the tar.gz file.
